Getting straight to work on her new gig as the designer's recently named muse, Lindsay Lohan was busy photo shooting in Bellagio, near Como, Italy on Sunday afternoon (September 25). The 25-year-old changed in and out of a range of outfits as she offered up a number of poses while churning out the Spring and Summer 2012 campaign for Philipp Plein.
